Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze slices or the whole cake tightly wrapped in plastic, foil, and an airtight container.
All cakes come on a cake board. If you plan to also use a cake stand, make sure it’s sturdy and have it be the same size or larger than the cake board.
Carry from the base (not the sides of the box!). Keep flat on the car floor (not seats). Avoid direct sun, drive carefully, and use AC.

I offer delivery within 10 miles of Logan Circle (20005) for a flat fee of $15. A $30 minimum order is required for delivery, which must be scheduled in advance.
